Any time an insurance company is pushing you to settle quickly, it should be a red flag.  Do you know everything you need to know about your claim in order to determine that you’re receiving the fair and proper compensation? Probably not; however, the insurance company sees claims all the time and knows which ones have the potential to cost them more—which is why they want to settle those as quickly as possible, BEFORE you seek representation.

If they’re asking you to sign documents which prevent you from seeking compensation from them in the future, run the other way. Even though the quick amount that they are offering you may seem tempting, it may not be anything near the true value of your claim or enough to cover your repair costs, medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering.

If you’re being offered what seems like a reasonable settlement for your Miami insurance claim or accident claim, take the time to make sure it’s as good as it seems. Miami injury and insurance claims lawyer J.P. Gonzalez-Sirgo will review your claim for you—for free—to ensure you’re not being ripped off.
