The insurance carrier introduced these pictures into evidence to argue that Mr. Clement had healed. The appellate court upheld the use of the photos holding that the pictures raised issues as to Mr. Clement’s credibility. The lesson is that you must use discretion in what you posts when you have a pending legal matter.
